This 40 yr old home needed a more family friendly kitchen when the grandkids come over to visit.
A wall had to be removed, another wall was moved back 13 inches and a new beam was needed in the dining room. The stove, dishwasher and peninnsula were relocated to create a more efficient working space. The windows were resized to increase the natural light coming into the room and to give the homeowners more usuable counter space.
